Inability to fix problems or solve client issues terrible provider

We relocated and put in a relocation order at afrihost 20 Dec 2025. And nobody is taking my complaint seriously or doing something to speed the process up, its the 21st of Jan 2025 and still no WiFi. They keep blaming Openserve yet they are doing nothing to fix the problem. They have an issue with finding the adress and yet nobody can just fix it.
