In effective responses

I have spoken to a Tshepo M via the Whatsapp Afrihost chat service. I have asked specifically how much data have i used during night time and day time as the Clientzone only shows total Data usage per day but it does not say what is night or day. This consultant is refering me to Clientzone the whole time and giving generic answers which does not match my questions. I am frustrated as i have used the night time data on the 3rd of June however this data has come from my day time and i can assure it was done between 4am and 5h30am which is inline with the company policy however my day time data was affected and not night time. I feel this consultant is ineffective on his responses or how he deals his queries.
