Impossible to reach and extremely poor customer service

SHOCKING service and technical support for existing customers. I've spent 10 days trying to reach Afrihost, to no avail. No response to emails, calls or tickets logged via their website's Client Zone platform.

The latest is being put on hold for 30 minutes then having my call cut. No callback. I've been with Afrihost for 2.5 years; after this I'm cancelling and signing up with a different provider. My advice to new customers: stay away!!
