I’m really disappointed with Afrihost’s fibre pricing structure

I’m really disappointed with Afrihost’s fibre pricing structure. It makes absolutely no sense that existing customers are not allowed to downgrade to a cheaper package, while new customers can freely sign up for the most affordable options. This feels unfair and restrictive. As a loyal customer, I should have the flexibility to adjust my package based on my changing needs and budget. Locking us into higher-priced plans while offering better deals to new users is not only frustrating but also discourages long-term commitment. Afrihost should seriously reconsider this policy and allow existing customers the same freedom and flexibility as new ones. Loyalty should be rewarded, not penalized. The downgrade would have saved me almost R150pm.
