Good day AFRIHOST<br> <br> I have contacted you on several occasions through emails and telephone but i am not receiving any satisfactorily response. I wanted to know why my domain has been suspended/cancelled and was advised that it was cancelled by your legal deparment. I believe that legal department must know the Do's and Dont's when it comes to this issues. You cannot cancel somebody's service without letting them know the reason of your intentions to do so. this domain [URL Removed] has been cancelled while it is paid. You have further debited R37.00 from my account on 11.12.2015 for the domain [URL Removed] but you have suspended my access to the domain and clientzone. Please let me know why the services have been cancelled as soon as possible. <br> <br> Please send me the statement to reflect any outstanding amount so that i can pay or enter into payment arrangement so that you restore my paid services.
