If you think Lockdown was long, try no Internet for 37 days!

No Service for 5 weeks: Several tickets have been logged and several calls have been made. Absolutely nothing happens. After no satisfaction, I cancelled so I can join another ISP only to be told I have to wait one month for cancellation. I said that can only apply if I actually have a service. Then a gentleman called to apologize and have the issue resolved straight away, its been another week since then with no response. Honestly I am counting down another 10days so that I can join a new ISP, absolute ******* for charging and getting ZERO service.
