If useless was a company it would be them ! As a business owner you expect your VOIP service provider to understand the urgency of sorting out issues which are still not resolved to date!!! Both of my VOIP lines in my office have been down for the past week,Afrihost was called over and over again for assistance, a fault was logged , calls were made to them and still over a week later both my office lines are unable to recieve calls or dial out.The only reason they are working is because me THE CLIENT had to divert the numbers to my personal cell phone so that I don't lose business and clients.These clowns have not sorted out the issue and insist the lines are working as they should.First they said it was our internet, then a different person said they need to reset the phones, then we were told the lines are blocked...story after story and still no solution. They employ call center agents who seem to have zero customer service such as a Agent named DAVID who was utterly rude and would end up causing the company to lose clients due to his pathetic attitude over the phone.No technician has come out to assist nor has Afrihost called me once to see if the issue has been resolved.(they even **** and said they called me however my call log on my cellphone says otherwise) Their Hellopeter reviews speak volumes of what a circus this company is and how they value clients who pay them a monthly subscription to be useless.Im definitely not a happy customer and want the issue rectified.
