I would recommend Afrihost.

After using various ISP's I settled on Afrihost and all i can say is "What a Difference"! They really go out of their way to assist and keep one online. Might not be the cheapest but well worth it. Big shout out to Wendy Noble for always being accessable and understanding. Gian, you have a gem in Wendy! Watch out, I might recruit her! Keep it up guys, good job.
