I was having endless problems with doing payments , I was issued a new card from the bank as there was ***** reported on my account, so I could not make payment as my old card was still on the system, it was quite a tedious process to get it sorted , but Tafadzwa M was extremely patient and helpful all the way. A big thumbs up , never once did I feel that I was a nuisance on the phone ,or that I didn't know what I was doing , thank you , keep up the good work,
