I want my money back

Afrihost debited me an installation fee before they can secure an order from Vumatel. It turned out the line belonged to someone else and I had to be the one to push for the cancellation of the old line with Vumatel. I managed to do that. Meaning no need for the installation fee. Vumatel gave them an order but they are doing absolutely nothing about it. The whole process is now headed for the 4th week. All I want now is my money back. I want no dealings with Afrihost.
