I want my money

You guys don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered Fibre from you guys and then after 2 weeks I found out that fibre is not yet live in my area even thought bothe Afrihost and Vumatel say it is on their site. You guys had delivered a router to me and now it needs to be picked up.

You guys debited me R999 (cancellation fee) + R99 (return of router) for something that wasn't my fault. So I spoke to your call agent called Malebogo and he called me after speaking to what he calls his superiors and the verdict there was that i would get refunded (R999 + R99) after you guys have the router and have accessed it to see that it hasn't been used or damaged in anyway.

A courier called the first time to schedule a time to pick up the router and I was in a meeting so I answered and asked her to call back the next day since it was already end of business. She never called back, since then i have requested 3 times to have you guys organise your courier to come pick up the router and to this day no one is organising anything.

What is going on? I am tired of calling you guys and you promising me that a courier will be in contact with me.

Just to note I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now and I have now decided to close everything i have with you guys because you are running this like a mafia. I want my money and please come get your router.
