I would like this email to be handed to your complaint department because I have tried to just do a simple router installed and configuration I calles twice and had to hold for more than 50min first call were dropped and no call back received we were half way through setup .. second time the operation assisting me said he will call back just to not be helped...

I am a new client and first impressions are not good at all....
