I pay for a service I can't use, start doing what we pay for!!!!!

Just looking at all these bad reviews answers all of my questions. Since November 2022, I have sent emails, WhatsApps and called with regards to my 5G being so bad that I can't even use it. All I get is that MTN is working on it, wow, almost November again and still the same problem, doing multiple tests with me nothing. I pay every month for a service I can't use, so get someone who wants to do their job, or who wants to at least work for their salary, because it looks like everyone there gets paid for just showing up for work.
