I JUST WANT MY FIBER!!

I placed a order with afrihost nearly 3 weeks ago for installation of fiber and have had no feedback calls nothing I keep contacting them and they shove me off saying they will call soon, friends and family that app**** one week two weeks after me have there fiber installed already **** service and no actual customer service have to chat to someone on what's app!!! What a bad way to start a contract. I JUST WANT MY FIBER!!!!
