I have sent a email to Richard S at Afrihost on 30/01/2018. Still no reply.

I joined Afrihost on 27 September 2017. Fiber lines were being installed in our area. The installation was done in December 2017. Afrihost notified me that the fiber line installation by Vumatel will only be in mid January 2018. The package i took that was advertised at the time was a 4 meg uncapt line for R497 p/m. The installation was for free. My wife received a call from Afrihost stating that a payment of R2700 is payable at installation.

I then sent a mail to Richard S regarding this and that i am not happy with this as i was told it is a free installation. I am very upset regarding this. I am not is SA at the moment, and i even provided Richard with my Tanzanian number.
