I have no other words than PATHETIC...

I signed up today for hosting. Spent 6 hours on Whatapp chat and an hour holding on the phone. In all that time your 6 consultants I dealt with could not log me into C Panel or even set up an email account. At 18h40 I cancelled my services and went elsewhere. I was a client for a whole 7 hours. A totally wasted 7 hours that I had no website or emails at my business. I am flabbergasted at your pathetic service. What do you have to say about that?
