I HATE AFRIHOST

I hate this company with a passion.

They have high prices for products that dont work

Their team is unhelpful

They are cheap

They refuse to send help when you complain over and over

I have been paying for a 1gig line since October that's never been reached.

These no consequences for their extremely bad service.

If you look at the reviews they don't even bother to acknowledge your complaints

I dealt with a 'manager' Tashima who is like a puppet and just keep repeating himself with answers that doesnt work

Accuses me of lying and saying that i never did all the test he told me to do

Would choose to lose me as a client than pay a fee to send out a technician.

I hate hate hate hate this company. It should be shut down because it doesnt care about its clients and it provides **** service all round

Their call centre is unhelpful and cant figure out problems.
