I do not recommend Afrihost

Afrihost Review – Extremely Disappointed I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Afrihost. I initiated a cancellation of my line on 1 September 2025, and despite their offer of a free month to stay, I opted out and paid for both September and October. Without my consent, my line was reinstated, and I had to cancel again. Now, Afrihost is forcing me to remain a customer until January 2026, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for customer consent have made this one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this, but I keep getting pushed around with no accountability. I do not recommend Afrihost to anyone looking for reliable service or respectful customer treatment.
