I am shocked at the disgusting level of service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get hold of someone at Afrihost to assist me in resetting my password and no one has had any interest in helping. Surely its an easy process? Been waiting for a reply to my email since Monday 23/04/2018 Waited on the phone for 22 minutes before I just put down Used the whatsapp service and got as far as being asked for my ID number I am shocked at the disgusting level of service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
