I am not a technician!

I am actually to sick and tired of going through this over and over and over, but I have no choice, do I? Perhaps my internet problems will be sorted out against all odds. My internet freezes, or disengages, or stops working, or whatever it is that happens at regular intervals and I have to sit and type out my problem on WhatsApp over and over and over. Last night I was told to got to 192.168.3.1, login, connect to internet, clone mac, select pc mac address and save. Then open a new tab, type login.afrihost.com, insert celphone number, enter otp and activate.

Firstly, at some point I changed my password and wrote it down, but it does not work. Neither does my wifi password, cellphone number or afrihostadmin1 as the person suggested. Now appartently I have to reset to factory settings and then set up my router!! Can you imagine? I am not a technician or IT person. I do not understand how I am expected to act like a technicial if I want my internet to work!

Secondly, how is it possible that my internet need constant fixing! Am I going to have to go through this for an eternity or until I cancel the thing?
