I am irritated by the service am getting 4 days without internet that I paid for

Vuma reach cancel my line without any reason as per my provider.now I have been waiting for more than 3 day for my line to be re-activated.i am so disappointed with the treatment that am getting from vuma.i regret my decision of choosing them.how can you deactivate someone's line with no reason whatsoever.mind you the line was up to date with payments.my ref is ISP-670243
