I absolutely hate Afrihost!!!!!!!

I signed up with Afrihost because of their 'free' installation deal, after a month of having my fibre I received a bill from the provider. I then sent this bill through to Afrihost to ask why I am receiving a bill to receive the answer that it is payable by me and will not be covered by Afrihost. After speaking to 4/5 different people I had gotten nowhere, I then tried to cancel the service but was told that I will need to pay an additional R999 to cancel my account. I absolutely hate Afrihost and will make sure everyone I know is informed of their shady, 'too good to be true' deals.
