How useless can you be Afrihost?

Non existent support, if you do get someone, they cannot help you through four hours of Whatsapp chat. A manager is never available, nor do they call you back.

I've tried all their forms of support, Whatsapp, Call Centre, Email, Facebook... nothing has helped me.
