How the mighty have fallen

Getting sick of see a connection interrupted error every 5 minutes in my browser. It's now starting to interfere with my work as I need to connect via SHH to my server and constantly having to re-login on my terminal, although more expensive creating a hotspot on my phone using MTN works no problem. I have mentioned this verbally many times to support yet to my frustration they always ask me to reset my router and ONT. They have no idea and following the Afrihost play book.

Ridiculous.

I don't complain often, but come on, the standards have dropped significantly since the early days and I'm going to be looking for another ISP.
