How many times!!!!

How many times most one log a fault??? This is getting ridiculous..... Sooooooo frustated with your service! Things can never just work right for longer than a week! Now its a day, then the line is so slow, it buffers every few seconds! But when the end of the month comes, you deduct the money!!
