How long should I wait?

Over the past year or so, every so often, I have problems with my email ********** I never seem to get a firm answer as to what the problem is or what went wrong either. On Saturday the same problem occured yet again. People that regularly communicate with me suddenly becomes a spam threat and their email never reaches me. Also, email that I send out does not reach its destination and I get no notification thereof. I simply cannot afford this.

On Saturday I lodge a complaint and all that's happened since then is an automated email ( DOF- ********** 8) the complaint. Since then I also engaged with their Facebook team but all I get from them is ooh's and ahh's and 'that should really not happen' yet, its 3 days later now and nothing has been done. To anyone out there considering Afrihost, save yourself a lot of heartache and rather go somewhere else.
