How hard is it cancel an old line....

I have been trying to cancel my line for 3 months now! At the end of Feb I gave 1 month notice as I was moving. The line at the new home was activated, but the old one ever cancelled. I have now spent R3600 on a line that was supposed to be cancelled 3 months ago. The response to this from Afrihost has been shocking. One department telling me to phone another department...speak to accounts, speak to fibre, no speak to accounts.... and still nothing. all I want is to cancel my old line, and have my 3 month.
