How hard can it be?

<p>How hard can it be to upgrade an internet bundle? More than a week and still no progress. And today, no connection. Countless emails, sms's and facebook messages. Only answer I get is that the fault is with Telkom. No updates and not even taking any responsibility for the problem. I pay pro rata for a service, but don't even get to use the service, not to mention any mention refund for the days I can't use it. The reason I choice Afrihost was because everyone recommended them, I will not be recommending you to anyone. As soon as my subscription ends, I will be moving to a new ISP. This is but a one incident in a long line of disappointed experience from you.</p>
