How did they win best ISP?

The experience with Afrihost.com I have had is worst that pathetic. Rejecting documents in the RICA process that even lawyers cannot understand why it is rejected. Then charging me and I still have no Internet through them. And now I cannot cancel the process because I already paid for everything and I will only get a credit note. Nice one. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from an ISP. One star is still too much to give them.
