How afrihost has gone down the drain - can't even provide support anymore

It is unbelievable how Afrihost has gone down the drain.

I used to be point all my friends and colleagues to Afrihost when discussions of internet and specifically fibre came up. Not anymore!!! I am advising everyone I know to stay away from Afrihost.

They can't even provide proper support anymore. Here are two queries that I had open with Afrihost support that have gone on for ages without Afrihost being able to provide an answer to either. Eventually they just closed the tickets. Fuuuuuck you Mr customer, we don't care, if we don't feel like dealing with your query we'll just close your ticket and job well done.

Now I'm sitting with a 20mbps line that's testing at around 40% of that line speed and I'm wondering should I even take the trouble to log a support ticket.
