Hosting With Afrihost 2018 a disastrous tell

I have been with afrihost for last 5 years and three months, Hoever this years 2018 every month their debit order does not run on my account and they threaten to suspend my services I have received this messages each month but wont pay cash countless agents assured me that they will fix the error and get someone to call me back. when you deal with them on the phone they act professional and friendly but do not action anything. i requested a call back again today with a manager and all the agent can say is that they have referred my query to the accounts department. I would not advise anyone to take their services as currently. They were effective only in the first month there after you will wait for an hour on the phone or days to attempt to call their clients back. i will be escalating this further and will not stand for this pathetic excuse for service. Now I moved to another service provider and they are still taking money and I changed my bank account for last month end. So they send me invoice and are saying I am owing them. Please I beg you .
