Hosting Technical support dissapointing

I have had intermittent email service since last week Monday. Logged a ticket, no response. Live chats x 3 without resolving my problem. Had a call back from Thabile this morning. She put me on hold and I ended this call after 1hour13 minutes without her coming back to me. I phoned back and asked to speak to her or her supervisor. Sindib took the message at 13:17. However I have not had a call back since. Left numerous messages for the manager of hosting to phone me back, have not heard from him at all.
