Hosting Technical support dissapointing

Been struggling with intermittent emails for 3 weeks. Logged a ticket on Monday, had no response up to today (Friday). In the meantime I had 3 Live Chats.(waited more than 15 minutes for support to join chat) With the first Live chat Lionel (hosting support) left the chat without ending the chat with me and without resolving my problem. Second chat with the same Lionel, he promised to come back to me within 20 minutes. Have not heard from him since. Third chat was with a very polite agent but the matter was not resolved. Phoned their landline number and was kept on the line for 15 minutes only to be cut off. On my 4th attempt telephonically to speak to the superior of the hosting department I was told that he took the afternoon off.I have attempted to get technical support since Monday. It is Friday today and matter is not resolved.
