Hosting Services Support

I logged a fault for my hosting services to be restarted because my server wasn't responding and I got a response to saying the 2nd level support will look into it and 18 hours later I still haven't had a response.<br> <br> I'm running a mail server on their hosting services and my clients are up to my neck because they unable to get their emails.
