Hosting - Servers down

Afrihost servers have been down since Wednesday 29th with very little communication. They are unable to provide any indication of when the services will be restored again. Service has already been unavailable for 4 days and "Current Status: 45% affected servers recovered" at 06:19, 04 JUL 2022! However, this incident means that Afrihost had either no backup or server redundancy, their engineers don't know what they are doing, no business continuity plan or all of the above. Shocking service from Afrihost, yet they are quite happy to continue to take money from their customers for no service.
