Hosting failure

I'm with Afrihost roughly 8 years, did not experience too many problems but since lockdown started my hosting experience and their quality of service went into lockdown, no support and no hosting. They are now struggling on and off for 4 weeks to try and solve my hosting issues. Every time the same questions 'Send a screenshot of the problem' etc... And then the expected answer 'We could not recreate the problem' I decided to try another hosting environment and within 2 hours I have created my new environment uploaded my test php project complete with MySQL database the works. A complete success. I will now start moving my domains to the new hosting provider. Try a2hosting.co.za
