Hosting as terrible as their service

<p>I have hosted a Cloud Server with Afrihost for the past few months and the service and outages are absolutely terrible. Their Backup Product doesn't work properly, they don't have anyone who can fix it when it doesn't respond and their Cloud hosting has been down approx 4-5 times in the past two months (Longest lasting a complete day) which does serious damage to a small business. Their support staff don't call back, they don't respond to requests on their portal and when you do eventually get to someone they ask you to provide ping statistics for a server that they host and then say they have to refer it to server admins that don't seem to exist or know what they are doing.</p>
