Horrific Service for Slow 1 Gb line Internet Issue

I just received terrible incoherent support regarding slow speed on a 1gb line. I am on the Afrihost 1gb package getting speeds of 40mb per second. I attempted on two occasions to resolve it through wattsapp and the gent Thulani Z didnt understand that PC only uses Wifi. He wanted to run tests and the more I asked for a technician the more he wanted me to connect to the ONT. Crazy. For someone paying near on R2k a month for a 1gb line surely a technician can support me? I just recent got an email saying my monthly installment will reduce, maybe this is the issue? Keep the money and give me the speeds I'm paying for.

Please send me a technician or have someone competent assist me where needing to connect a lan cable is not the default protocol!
