Horrific Service

I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from Afrihost. I now feel I should take my business elsewhere.

There's no way my bank statement shows that Afrihost debited from my account and then Afrihost now suspends my account because of nonpayment. Funny enough nineteen days later Afrihost suspends my account whereas my account could have been suspended the day after my debit order date.

I always hear people complain about Afrihost and not take them to heart but today I finally experienced the bad service people have been on about.

I have been severely inconvenienced by Afrihost and I am really looking to take my business elsewhere. I am going to reverse the debit order and look for another hosting company.
