Horrific service

Horrific service. I have no wifi. Techs dont know what to do about it and mostly do not care. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager has contact me. I log a return for my router, immediately Afrihost charge me R250 collection fee. How do you get to R250. You did not inform me of this. A new router will not sort out the problem. Worst service ever. If you are shopping around, do bypass Afrihost.
