Horrific non-existent service

Decided to use Afrihost to order a new router because it is hassle free and they delivered within 2 days for a colleague of mine, (Their deal is free delivery within 3-5 days or ordering) I proceeded with this deal. What a horror story coupled with lies and stalling while covering up for their negligence and ineptitude. Every enquiry resulted in a different story. Eventually delivered 7 working days later but not without losing my cool umpteen times as I did not have internet during this time and working from home. Highly frustrated and never to be recommended.
