Horrible user interface

Horrible user interface design on the website, I have tried to log in with facebook and it just loops me back to the main menu, same thing with trying to log in with google, after 10 minutes on the phone trying to get hold of them I finally manage to set up an account, when I tried to get a 100mbps line and a wifi router I proceeded to checkout and there was 5 other items in my cart, if I delete one of them I lose the entire cart. I have spent 1 and a half hours trying to get fibre.
