Horrible Technical Support

Been battling with Afrihost since the second week of January with intermittent/no Fiber connection. Vumatel is not helping either, saying the connection is fine. But the fact that I have been without internet for 3 days and 1 week at a time and now since Saturday doesn't seem to be an issues for Afrihost /Vumatel. The support is arrogant and slow as well. Expected better service. They use to be the best, but definitely gone down hill in the past few years #nojoy #badservice #unhappycustomer
