Horrible support team

Your support team really needs to focus on finishing their support items, I've been trying to migrate my line from metrofibre to afrihost for almost 2 weeks. Your support team just doesn't get back to me, they do not follow up and they have no urgency to see the migration through. I am a new client and I am not happy with the support that I have received thus far, having 5 support consultants working on my issue and none of them correspond with me at all
