Horrible support !!

I have been dealing with Afrihost for like 7 years or more now. I have a business in Namibia and do all our customer domain registrations, email and webhosting with Afrihost. AT some point they needed my verification because the registration falls outside the RSA borders. I sent all documents and they confirmed that it is business as usual. But at some point my registrations was halted yet again and they asked it again. I explained that the process was allready done and verified, to which they appologised and we moved on. Yesterday AGAIN my registrations were suspended because for some reason they need my documents AGAIN !!!!

I spoke to Support Live chat, and spoke to a "Bernard W" from hosting. To make matters worse, not only did he support me in what I have asked for, but simply just cut the connection of !!! Is this the support we can expect as paying customers? Is this the kind of support you provide your customers from now on ?
