Horrible Service - Would not recommend to anyone

I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. They do not communicate nor do they care about what impact their lack of service delivery has on their clients and the business of these clients. If you start escalating they threaten you with cancellation penalties, although they have not delivered the service that has been paid for already.

This is after hours on the phone, multiple emails and still no feedback.
