HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

I have been logging complaints since 09/08/25. They keep replying with automatic replies to my emails saying do these tests and send screenshots of the results. I've done their tests 4 times now. I work during the day and when I get home at 6 or 7 pm I expect my internet to work. Every evening from 6pm to 11pm my internet is useless. Extremely high ping, high jitter, packet loss, and slower speeds than dail up lines. I'm paying for 150 up and 150 down. I get 0.4 upload and 150 download between 6pm and 11pm. This has been going on for 10 days now. STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST. Horrible service. Robbing people that pay for a service and not delivering. I will be canceling my contract with them.
