Horrible service lately

One star is even too much. I have been paying my account on time. The latest will be the 31st but on the first of every month I will be getting suspension threats and the billed amount always differs which tells me that they are ******. Last month on the 3rd I was billed R5 and it was cancelled after I sent proof of payment and guess what, this month I was billed R20 and it was at 1am despite the fact that I sent proof that I paid, I am still getting threats of suspension.I have spoken to Lee-Ann, Gideon . They dont Lias with their account department. Honestly they can cancel it for all I care. They are horrible.
