Horrible Service, *********** Technical Support

Having an issue with Mail hosting where we are getting duplicate mail from months ago (September) across multiple mailboxes. Our setup has pop mailboxes @ Afrihost being downloaded via popcon and then delivered to exchange. POPCON also deletes all mail from online mailbox once it has downloaded the mail, for all but 2 mailboxes.

I gave those 2 examples to afrihost, so they can see for themselves the 100's of duplicates delivered this week (which were allready downloaded and delivered in September) and that the duplication was happening before the mail even hit our network.

I've been going back and forth with technical support - being told repeatedly that they don't have an issue on their end - despite the fact that mail was duplicated before it even got downloaded to our exchange. This ended up with their technician straight up telling me he/she is now ignoring my emails.

TERRIBLE SERVICE and horrible attitude from technical support.
