Horrible service from Afrihost and Vumatel

What a horrible service provided by both Afrihost and Vumatel.

I have reported my fibre being down twice in a space of two weeks. I have been waiting for someone to be dispatched to my home since Monday, 4th September 2023. I have spoken to consultants and managers who either keep me on the line for close to an hour or promise to call me back.

I have spent so much money on data because of this.

What a pathetic service provider.
